I ordered through 1-800 Flowers and they chose Backstreet Florist to fulfill my order. On Valentines Day I didn't receive my order until 6:30PM - 7:00PM. I understand and assumed that what I ordered through 1800Flowers and what I would receive would be a little bit of a difference but man I was disgusted in what my wife received! I ordered 18 Roses (Example Below) and received 17 roses almost withered with purple inserts instead, and didnt get the bundled chocolate. I added on a LRG Teddy Bear and Balloon. The Teddy Bear has a red substance stained all over it and looks as if it's been someones in the past. Just a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with both companies.. I'll NEVER order from neither again..
